Mr. Swapnil Gavkar, an Electronics Engineer with a specialization in Robotics,  With a strong foundation in multilateral diplomacy, international relations, and environmental law, I have dedicated my career to promoting global cooperation for sustainable development. I hold diplomas from the United Nations Institute (UNITAR) in International Legal Framework on Chemicals and Waste, and from the International Atomic Energy Agency in Nuclear Security. My certifications from UNIDO in Managing Innovation Technologies, Waste Prevention in the African Region, and CBRN Security Threat Management highlight my commitment to global environmental sustainability. As the Managing Director of Neev Bioroots, I specialize in Biofuels Project Management, focusing on ethanol, biogas, and biodiesel production, along with recycling projects such as e-waste and plastic waste. My vision is to foster global environmental resilience through innovative technologies and renewable energy solutions. Through my leadership, Neev Bioroots strives to turn waste into energy, creating a sustainable future while empowering local economies. 

Mr. Vijaybabu Mudaliar,

Mr. Vijaybabu Mudaliar is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare innovation. Holding an M.Sc. in Clinical Research from Cranfield University, UK, an MBA, Pg Crm, and a degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma), he brings a unique blend of clinical and business acumen to the table. Mr. Mudaliar's proficiency in clinical trials, nanomedicine, and pharmaceuticals, combined with his strong background in business management and entrepreneurship, positions him as a key figure at Neev Bioroots LLP, driving the company's mission to address environmental challenges and promote human well-being.

Mr. Navneet Shukla, Technical Advisor and Head of Research Department at Neev Bioroots LLP, is deeply committed to environmental conservation, bringing extensive expertise in disaster management, medicinal plant conservation, and agricultural enhancement. His project management skills and consultancy in establishing compliance for recycling plants are pivotal, complemented by robust research capabilities in GHG monitoring and certifications in ISO 14064, ArcGIS, and Python. His leadership in promoting the "Waste to Recycle" concept underscores his dedication to sustainable practices, driving transformative environmental initiatives.

 Experienced Consultant and Trainer with 3+ years in Quality External Advisory and Environmental Consulting, specializing in Hygiene, Bi-Security, and Quality Management. She excels in field surveys, data interpretation, legislative compliance, and delivering comprehensive consultancy and training services. Known for leadership in collaborative environments, she implements structured strategies for sustainable environmental practices. Her experience at Disprz enhanced her communication, presentation, and business development skills, providing insight into diverse industries. She creates and delivers training on environmental management systems, energy management, quality management systems, and soft skills. She also develops assessment sheets to identify gaps and advises organizations on improving and managing their processes.
